Introduction

This is a book that explores the role of a project manager by drawing parallels to a mother’s responsibilities, as seen through her interactions with her son.

Overview of Book’s Structure

The book explained the role of a project manager in a way children could understand, by relating it to how their moms manage the household and engage in everyday activities.

Told from the perspective of a toddler, the book highlights his everyday interactions with his mom — each moment subtly reflecting principles of project management.

Highlights

Cleverly written and beautifully illustrated, the book draws thoughtful parallels between motherhood and project management. It manages to capture the essence of being a project manager in clear, simple language.

Highlights: What I liked!

It’s truly impressive how the author makes such an abstract profession accessible and entertaining for toddlers. Using clean, simple language, the book captures the daily life of a project manager in a way that resonates not only with children but also with adult readers who recognize the depth and accuracy behind the simplicity.

The illustrations are filled with clever details—just take the page with the abacus, with a hint of the culture heritage of the author.
