The book is organized to help non-technical and technical readers to understand AI by using it in real life environment settings. In the early chapters the writer highlights the basics, myths and everything else that often confuses people trying to understand AI. From the foundation, the next section gives a clear explanation on how AI is evolving in changing roles and responsibilities in the Project Management world.
Overview of Book’s Structure
The book is structured in three sections that clearly give the reader a good learning experience, from the fundamentals, understanding the changes and building the skills in the AI driven world. Mei shares simple frameworks for choosing AI tools, partnering with AI system and how it is important to remain agile as technology continues to evolve,
Highlights
One on the strongest messages in the book is that AI and humans are better when they work together. Mei shows how AI helps with repetitive tasks while giving professionals more control over other strategic value-added decision-making tasks.
