Overview of Book’s Structure
The book is composed of 8 chapters. Each chapter breaks down a concept related to Risk Management; Introduction to Risk Management, Risk Identification, Risk Analysis, Risk-Handling, Risk Tracking, Communication and Risk, Advance Topic related to Risk – Root Cause, Risk Management Tools, and Practices of Risk Management. Each chapter starts off with an overview of the chapter title and continues by providing key concepts/ideas related to the chapter title. The book has 311 pages which includes the book’s introduction and ends with the index. According to the IBN the book comes in several different formats; hard back, paperback, and ebook. The chapters are 15-20 pages, making it an easy book to read in the course of a month.
