Introduction
James Robinson provides comprehensive information on tools and techniques that are required in project management in the book titled “Project Math”. This book provides in-depth knowledge on the various types of numerical calculations involved in managing projects. These capabilities can complement the soft skills involving leadership, team building, conflict resolution and people management skills that successful project managers possess. In other words, this book can enable project managers to draw on their right-brain creativity as well as their left-brain logic and analytical-thinking skills in delivering projects successfully.
