PMWJ is an amazing space to share my ideas and connect with the wider project management world.
Writing helps me structure my thoughts, connect the dots, and share my knowledge.
And once the article is published, I can send it to those that might benefit from it. No need of long explanations to provide advice for a particular case or to showcase my expertise, I can easily send them the article that best connect to the topic and continue the conversation from there.
This international community creates a sense of belonging, as it’s filled with authors and readers who are all passionate about contributing and sharing our diverse experiences on the fields of project, program and portfolio management. No matter where we are from, we are all united by a common goal of learning, growing, and having a positive impact.
One of my articles “Everyone smiles in the same language” resonated specially well and inspired some of the readers to take beautiful actions with their families and their communities.
