Roger Garrini retired in 2019 after 42 years working originally for GEC Marconi in what became Leonardo Electronics. Starting in PMO for a large airborne radar project and progressing to managing projects in a variety of sensor projects in several diverse sectors. A move followed into several PM Governance roles around project reporting, risk management and ERM with auditing before finishing as IPR Manager. Currently working part-time lecturing to MSc students at the University of Bedfordshire.
Within APM as a member for 20 years, he has Chaired the Midlands Branch committee for 5 years and is also currently deputy Lead of the Governance Interest Group.
At other times, Roger is a “cricket-tragic”, still playing over 60-s County cricket and also owns a 28year old Alfa Romeo Spider used to attend Classic Car events.
