Dr. Amin Saidoun

Dr. Amin Saidoun studied Business Administration and Economics at NEOMA Business School in Reims (France), the University of Reutlingen (Germany), and the London School of Economics (UK). He earned his PhD in Project Management in 2024 from Alma Mater Europaea – University of Maribor (Slovenia), with a dissertation titled “The Impact of Leadership on Project Success in Non-Profit Organisations.”

Amin brings over 32 years of international professional experience, having held positions at Grant Thornton (auditing and consulting) in Düsseldorf (Germany), DHL Consulting (logistics) in Bonn (Germany), the Institut Laue-Langevin (neutron sciences) in Grenoble (France), and the International Project Management Association (project management) in Zurich (Switzerland), where he served as Executive Director. In the mid-1990s, alongside his role at Grant Thornton, he was a guest lecturer at the University of Cologne and contributed to academic projects on a part-time basis.

He holds the IPMA Level C Project Manager certification (2023), the IPMA Level B Coach and Consultant certification (2024) and the ICF (international Coaching Federation) certification as ACC, association certified coach (2025).

Since 2025, Amin has been a guest lecturer in Project Management at Grenoble Ecole de Management (France) and Brest Business School (France), teaching MBA and executive-level students.

He is the author and co-author of several publications in the fields of project management and business administration. His research interests include intercultural project management, leadership, and non-profit organisations.
