Dear David,
A quick note with news, and a thank-you that is overdue.
Protecting Transformation Value After Go-Live: Outcome Observability is now under contract (for a book) with CRC Press, a Taylor & Francis imprint, with publication expected in 2027. I am still slightly disbelieving.
I wanted you to hear it from me, and to say plainly what PM World Journal did for this work. When I first sent you a paper I had no standing at all: no academic post, no publisher, nothing but a set of observations from practice. You published it, then two more, and made one a Featured Paper. That gave the work a footing it would not otherwise have had, and it is a large part of why a publisher took it seriously.
I am grateful, and I will keep sending you work.
