BIM Project Management Event in Madrid

Efficient project management is critical in the real estate world, where every detail counts for the success of an initiative. In this seminar on BIM Project Management, we will explore how the implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) is transforming project management. In Integrated BIM Project Management we will try to reflect on issues such as:

  • How is BIM transforming the building process?
  • Is the way you plan changing?
  • What impact does it have on cost estimation and project budget management?
  • How do you facilitate the integration of sustainable practices into the life cycle of real estate projects?
  • How is BIM being used on site?
  • What relevant information does BIM offer for the real estate developer in terms of monitoring and decision-making?

In Integrated BIM Project Management we will try to answer these questions and many others with the main references in this sector.
