AEDIP celebrated their event

“Project Success Case Studies”

in Madrid

On December 11, 2025, the annual event of the Spanish Association of Integrated Project Management (AEDIP) Success Stories in Project Management 2025 took place. It was a day in which we met the new members of the association (Ayesa and Nexxo), reflected on housing, shared the best projects of 2025, and awarded outstanding members for their contribution to the sector. The event was organized with the collaboration of Acieroid, Savia Proyectos, PlanRadar, and Structuralia.

This session was led by José Gil, general secretary of the AEDIP association, and inaugurated by Josep Antoni Grimalt, president of the association. In the institutional welcome, Grimalt spoke about the history of the Project, providing very interesting information, going back to 2600 B.C., and emphasized the importance of Project Management

This event was a meeting point for all agents in the real estate and construction sector, and it featured the introduction of the new members of the employers’ association Ayesa and Nexxo. Afterwards, a face-to-face discussion on housing took place, with the participation of Jorge Ginés Franco and Alfredo Díaz-Araque Moro. Later, the three success stories contending for the Best Project Management 2025 award were presented.

This year’s finalists presented their projects: Almar Consulting with the University Campus of Universidad Alfonso X el Sabio in Málaga; Arcadis with the comprehensive renovation of the Hotel; Arthko Project with the Fairmont La Hacienda resort hotel, located in La Alcaidesa (San Roque, Cádiz), which turned out to be the winner thanks to the votes it received from the public after a very close contest.
