Additionally, the book offers valuable strategies to help readers avoid common pitfalls such as competency traps, ensuring a well-rounded and proactive approach to leadership development.

Highlights: What I liked!

Chapter 3, “Network Across and Out,” resonated with me, highlighting the significance of a step I hadn’t fully recognized before. I tend to immerse myself in the day-to-day challenges within my specific domain, inadvertently neglecting connections outside of it. This chapter served as an eye-opener, offering practical steps to actively broaden my network. It made me to realize the importance of engaging with individuals beyond my immediate sphere, ultimately enhancing my ability to connect and collaborate effectively.
