PMOGA India Hub writing competition: Winning article

The article of our writing competition winner Kiran Kumar Sadi has been published. The topic of the blog article is: PMO in strategy implementation and benefits realization.

“A multinational IT service provider faces a challenge in implementing a new customised software solution for one of its largest clients. The implementation will also involve the integration of external systems to achieve the business objectives. In addition, the programme will be an integral part of the company’s value chain and is critical to the client’s competitive advantage. Therefore, the associated risks are high on the part of both the IT service provider and the client.”
