A propos of my May 2023 article: BACK TO THE BARANGAY – I’m delighted to report that my project proposal — as outlined in the Problem Analysis Diagrams (PAD) below — was accepted in toto; the initial LIGHTING component was funded and just completed, with solar lighting, and backup cable connection!
