PMI Madrid Chapter and Institute of Change

Management (HUCMI) Agreement

Last Tuesday, January 10, 2023, the PMI Madrid Chapter board representatives signed a collaboration agreement with the Institute of Change Management that represents locally the Human Change Management Institute (HUCMI) in Madrid, Spain.

At this event, the PMI Madrid Chapter was represented by our chapter president Jesús Vázquez, together with Luis Reyes, Academic, and Professional Development Director; Santiago Parras, legal advisor; and on behalf of Change Management Institute Ana Palazón, CEO and founder, and Ana Correa, HUCMI Consulting and Training Director.

The PMI Chapter’s vision is to develop joint collaborative efforts concerning strategic partnership and knowledge sharing of best project and change management practices. Both organizations will promote issues relevant to both.

The Madrid Chapter continues to carry out new initiatives to exchange experiences in projects with different organizations. Change Management is undoubtedly one of the areas of concern to organizations in the twenty-first century, where uncertainty, volatility, and continuous changes are a constant for which project managers must be better and better prepared.
